The aim of the project is to introduce new functionalities of the Development Services Database (hereinafter: Databases, BURs) corresponding to the needs of all groups of potential users and dissemination of information on the idea of lifelong learning. As a result of the implementation of the project, the following results will be achieved: 1. 9 new functionalities implemented in BUR, 2. 5 250 000 recipients of information campaigns. As part of the project, two tasks are planned: 1. Expansion of the functionality of the Development Services Database and dissemination activities, which will include works related to the development of the IT system, dissemination activities, development of the concept of Individual Development Accounts and BUR regulations. 2. Ensuring the quality of development services, including verification of entries in BUR, verification of service cards and audits of service providers. Key stakeholders of the project: 1. Entrepreneurs and their employees, 2. Adults of working age, 3. Managing authorities and intermediate bodies for aid schemes, 4. Operators of Entity Financing Systems, 5. Public administrations not directly involved in the distribution of funds using BUR, 6. System of Sectoral Competence Boards, including the Programme Board, 7. Social and economic partners and non-governmental organisations.
