Main objective of the project: activation of at least 960 employees of enterprises (including at least 580 women) from the entire Republic of Poland in the area of accessibility, including universal design of goods and services by covering them with training and advisory support and increasing the competences of at least 864(522K) employees of enterprises in the field of universal design and the possibility of commercialization of solutions in the field of the above-mentioned technologies achieved in the period up to 31.12.2027. The objective will be achieved through specific objectives implemented during the lifetime of the project: - development and implementation of a training program in the field of accessibility, including the principles of universal design (ZUP) and the possibility of commercialization of ZUP solutions, tailored to the area in which the entrepreneur operates, to be implemented stationary and online - providing the opportunity to increase the competences of at least 960 participants of the project (UP) by adapting the form of training to their individual needs: stationary or online, in order to break down barriers to participation, important for women, people in the role of carers, non-mobile people with disabilities (IDPs), people at increased risk of complications related to COVID-19 - covering with training and advisory support min. 960 UP - raising knowledge on the availability and universal design of products and services and the possibility of commercialization of these solutions in the field of ZUP at min. 864UP The project objective is consistent with: - the UN Convention on the Rights of the OzN - by implementing actions aimed at increasing the accessibility of products and services - the European Disability Strategy for the period after 2020-actions for the implementation of solutions eliminating barriers to access - the Strategy for the OzN 2021-2030 - by actions aimed at full inclusion in society by promoting the ZUP - Accessibility + programme - initiatives supporting the ZUP through training, advice and actions aimed at increasing accessibility. The project will achieve the following results: 1. Participants gaining qualifications after the end of participation in the program - 864 people - deepening knowledge on specific barriers to accessibility among UP - promoting accessibility taking into account gender-sensitive language, contrary to stereotypes - increasing public awareness of the needs of people with special needs, including OzN The target group will be 960 employees of micro, small, medium and large enterprises (minimum 580 women) from the whole Republic of Poland from micro, medium and large enterprises, assuming that employees and employees of large enterprises will not constitute more than 40% of people supported in proj. The project will implement support tasks under OPTION 1 (CRYT. ACCESS 1) i.e. - active recruitment, in order to make potential UP aware of the issue of accessibility, taking into account the design of goods and services and the benefits resulting from them - implementation of trainings on accessibility, including ZUP (general part) and on the possibility of commercialization of solutions in the field of application of the design universe.
