PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT: by the end of 04.2028, at least 900 (495 K, 405 M) of the supported 1000 (550 K, 450 M) employees from 1000 micro, small, medium and large enterprises from all over Poland, will obtain green competences/qualifications according to the recommendations of RPK/SRK The project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of action FERS.01.03 which is to support the adaptation of employees, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, support active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted work environment that takes into account health risks => by participating in high-quality training and advice of entrepreneurs (including self-employed) and their employees will be equipped with green skills (both professional, including technical and cross-cutting) and prepared for changes resulting from the green economy. TARGET GROUP: min. 1000 (550 K, 450 M) employees (according to Art. 3 of the Act on PARP) from 1000 micro, small, medium and large enterprises from the entire area of Poland Workers and employees of large enterprises will constitute max. 40% of people supported (i.e. 400 pers.) SUPPORT EXCLUDES entities and persons who directly/indirectly support Russia's war activities or are responsible for them (persons/entities on the sanctions lists) 1) ACTIVE RECRUITMENT - recruiting 1000 employees from 1000 companies to participate in the project, including: *support of the entrepreneur in the selection of employees to participate in the project and selection of development services [UR], * substantive assessment of documents submitted by the entrepreneur, including the eligibility of entities and persons for the project, *verification of UR cards for compliance with the recommendations of the SRK and RPK 2) IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPPORT - UR resulting from the recommendations of the RPK - providing and settling support for the UR (training and advisory) resulting from the recommendations of the Program Council for Development, Competences 3) IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPPORT – FUs resulting from the recommendations of the SRK – provision and settlement of support for FUs (training and advisory) resulting from the recommendations of the Sectoral Research Council (SRC) Competence 4) MONITORING OF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES - monitoring of min. 10% OFF MAIN RESULTS: The number of employees who obtained qualifications in the field of green economy - 900 pers. (495 K, 405 M) Number of employees of large enterprises who obtained qualifications in the field of green economy - 360 pers. (198 K, 162 M) Indicators in the project were assumed at a real, achievable level resulting from the experience of the Leader and Partner in the implementation of similar projects and from the analysis of the needs of the target group
