OBJECTIVE: by 30.06.2027, at least 616 employees (400K, 216M) out of 684 (444K, 240M) employees seconded to participate in the project from 508 enterprises from the whole Poland, from the SME sector (including the self-employed), who actively perform their business activity registered at least 12 months before the date of starting the recruitment for the project and find themselves in periodic difficulties PODNIESIE QUALIFICATIONS necessary to support the company in the process of recovery from the crisis. The implementation of this project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of FERS 01.03, i.e. supporting the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, supporting active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted working environment that takes into account health risks, through the implementation of training and advisory activities for entrepreneurs (including the self-employed) who, for various reasons, experience difficulties in running a business.
