Development of the concept and reception of e-learning materials aimed at supporting the education of professional competences

The project will serve as an umbrella for competitive intervention. Its aim is to develop the concept (standards) of e-materials for vocational training, to evaluate e-materials developed within the projects selected in the competition and to receive them in order to provide high-quality materials for vocational training. The designed support is a continuation of the activities undertaken in an earlier project implemented under the OP KED on increasing the use of information and communication technologies in vocational education, including teaching students with disabilities, developing digital competences, individualizing the didactic process, implementing teamwork. Expanding the knowledge and professional skills of pupils is the main task and challenge of vocational schools. On the one hand, this is related to the dynamically changing labour market and employers' expectations regarding the professional qualifications that an employee should have, on the other hand, technological changes requiring a flexible approach to the education process and teaching materials. The pace of change requires that educational materials for vocational education are consistent with the current core curriculum of vocational education, but also contain the most up-to-date professional issues. The material should be easily accessible, both to the teacher and to the student and their parents or other persons interested in improving their professional competence. In addition, they should be in an attractive form for recipients and receivers. We should strive to create interesting and up-to-date e-materials available under free licenses and create their repositories, which teachers can use in accordance with their own concept of implementing the core curriculum of education in the professions of industry education. It should be added that one way of ensuring high-quality e-materials is to take advantage of the opportunities offered by information and communication technologies in the era of the information society. They are indispensable in everyday life and in the labour market, which makes it necessary for schools to make changes in the field of working with students. At the same time, the experience of the ORE shows that most schools providing vocational training see the need to create e-materials for use in the education process. The activities designed in the project will be the next stage of the previously undertaken long-term strategy of adapting the content, methods and organization of teaching to the needs and expectations of modern education and the requirements set by employers on the labour market. Main tasks of the project: 1. Develop, as part of the concept, technical standards for e-learning materials aimed at supporting the education of professional competences 2. Developing, as part of the concept, substantive standards of e-educational materials aimed at supporting the education of professional competences 3. Receipt of e-materials developed in competition 3.1. Receipt of prototypes after verification 3.2. Conducting public consultations and collecting opinions in the form of recommendations from consultations made available to respondents and respondents prototypes of e-materials 3.3. Receipt of finished e-materials after their verification and making e-materials available on the Integrated Education Platform. Further part of the project description in Annex 1 to the grant application.
