The main objective of the project is to popularize sets of educational tools and teaching and learning methods supporting the development of students' key competences, adapted to the needs of the labour market. The project is addressed to employees of the educational system, including methodological advisors and consultant teachers as future Leaders popularizing or implementing new teaching methods and educational tools included in educational sets in didactic environments. The key results of the Project include the implementation of new teaching methods by 1500 employees of the education system (PSO). Achieving the above assumptions will be supported by the implementation of the planned tasks consisting in organizing and conducting a campaign to disseminate knowledge about modern teaching/learning methods and educational tools. These will be conferences popularizing educational sets, trainings and workshops with a follow-up module on the use of educational sets in school and pre-school practice and cooperation networks disseminating and implementing new teaching/learning methods. The cooperation network will create an online platform bringing together their members and other persons and entities interested in gaining practical knowledge of innovative methodological and organisational solutions contained in educational kits. The aim of the above tasks is to increase the use of new teaching methods by the employees of the education system by disseminating knowledge about their practical application. Educational sets (ZE) consist of curricula with sample lesson scenario outlines, methodological guides containing lesson scenarios, interdisciplinary educational projects, tools for didactic measurement and evaluation of key competences. They also include modern teaching and learning methods. In total, there are more than 3,000 teaching materials comprising 53 sets of educational tools and teaching/learning methods for pre-school education and all general education subjects. The publication of educational kits on the Integrated Educational Platform (ZPE) will encourage the widening of the audience and the possibility of using them free of charge will ensure equal access to the teaching materials offered in the Project. They are also tailored to the individual needs of both teachers and learners, eliminating the barrier to accessibility. Educational kits are complementary with other educational materials, they are a comprehensive, ready to use in school practice, methodological and organizational solution. They can also be used in teaching separately. They are widely used in remote education and as classic methods and tools of education and upbringing. The teaching materials proposed in the Project can be adapted to the dynamics of changes in educational needs. They are an inspiration for teachers to design classes or lessons in a way that supports the comprehensive development of children and students, but above all they support the development of students' key competences (KK) adapted to the needs of the labour market. Information about the implementation of the Project and the proposed offer addressed to the employees of the education system will be made public, among others, on the websites of the Project, the Project Executor-Centre for Educational Development (ORE), the Ministry of Education and Science (MEiN), on social networks, the Integrated Educational Platform and will be communicated to the participants of all events organized by the Center for Educational Development.
