Support for teaching processes through the NAVOICA platform

The aim of the project is to adapt the offer of entities of the higher education system to the needs of the development of the economy and the green and digital transformation by preparing and making available on the NAVOICA platform MOOC-type courses for implementation in studies (I/II degree, uniform master's studies). In addition, courses will be made available to the whole of society as part of an open access policy. Specific objectives of the project: 1. Supporting the didactic processes of higher education and science system entities in the development of the economy and the green and digital transformation. 2. Support for cooperation between institutions, inter alia, through the sharing of educational resources by higher education entities. 3. Transfer of knowledge and innovation by making knowledge available to the public from different centres and having a positive impact on the development of the economy and the green and digital transition. 4. Support the development of lifelong learning in line with the Integrated Skills Strategy. 5. Eliminate barriers to accessing educational resources by ensuring the availability of courses for all interested persons, regardless of education or professional experience, including access to academic knowledge for people living outside academic centres and not planning further formal education. 6. Reducing barriers to cooperation between universities, related to difficulties in accessing staff from one university to the platform of another university (often this is not possible due to legal restrictions and data protection, as well as various technological solutions of individual universities' platforms). The main tasks of the project are to announce and conduct a call for proposals and to develop content by universities up to a minimum of 150 asynchronous e-learning courses for the NAVOICA platform and to produce, in close cooperation with the university, courses from prepared substantive studies and publication by the OPI (Information Processing Centre-PIB) of a minimum of 150 asynchronous e-learning courses on the NAVOICA platform. In order to achieve the goal, it is intended to prepare and make available open MOOC e-learning courses, which will comply with the WCAG 2.1 standard and the NAVOICA "Guidelines for Digital Accessibility" and comply with the concept of Universal Design for Learning. Each course will be provided for a minimum of 25 hours of student work.Their topics will include the inclusion in education programs of content consistent with the diagnosed needs of employers and the economy, primarily covering issues related to the green and digital transition, including, among others, climate change, environmental aspects, renewable energy and sustainable development, and accessibility (including universal design). The target group is described in the section Target group.
