The aim of the project is to increase the didactic potential of the Medical University of Bialystok through the implementation of comprehensive activities improving didactic, digital and green transition competences and qualifications, teaching staff and doctoral students. This objective will be achieved in the period 01.02.2024-30.09.2027r. The TARGET GROUP (GD) is 358 (247K, 111M) natural persons, of whom: •104 people (74K, 30M) are PhD students, 1,2,3 and 4 years of the UMB Doctoral School in the academic years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027; •254 persons (173K, 81M) are academic staff conducting didactics at the University (academic teachers within the meaning of Article 114 of the Law on Higher Education and Science and other persons conducting didactics regardless of the form of employment, i.e. didactics who are not academic teachers (excluding doctoral students); The project assumes the implementation of activities that lead to obtaining or raising by the above-mentioned.
