The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of education through the implementation of a short-term international exchange of staff, students and doctoral students. Short-term mobility will last from 5 to 30 days and will include activities such as: - active participation in the conference abroad, - obtaining materials for a doctoral thesis, a scientific article, - participation in a summer school, a winter school, - taking measurements using unique equipment, testing research equipment, unique artistic instruments, - participation in short forms of education, i.e. courses including intensive ones included in the education process, workshops, professional internships or industrial internships, study visits, including those carried out at entrepreneurs, - conducting archival or library queries, - conducting didactic classes, - participation in the preparation of an international grant application. These activities can be carried out in a stationary, remote and blended learning formula, in a way that ensures the achievement of the results expected from mobility (i.e. improving competences, gaining qualifications, experience and understanding cultural differences, taming differences, reconciling different systems of values and behaviors). The needs analysis and assessment of learning outcomes will relate both to the objectives and benefits achieved by the participants in the exchange, as well as to the strategic objectives and results expected by the OP - mobility should contribute to an increase in the quality of education or the degree of internationalisation of the individual. In order to enable people with different functional needs to participate in the project, POWs with disabilities will be able to finance expenses related to ensuring the accessibility of the above-mentioned people in mobility (e.g. the cost of a carer/assistant, costs of specialized transport, etc.). The project also provides for the implementation of tasks that have a horizontal dimension, i.e.: exchanging and disseminating good practices, assessing the impact of the project on the actors involved.
