One of the priorities for the Gdańsk University of Technology (GUT) is to educate students in accordance with the needs of the economy and the labour market. The actions planned in the project are a continuation of the priority directions for the development of PG and a response to the requirements of the changing socio-economic environment, i.e. transformations related to the implementation of sustainable development and the digital transformation, as well as to the vision of the future of European industry set out by the European Commission "Industry 5.0", which assumes, among others, human-centric, including education, training, upskilling as one of the most urgent issues to adapt to the digital transformation and sustainable development and resilience, including, among others, carrying out reforms and investing in green and digital priorities (Industry 5.0. As part of these activities, practitioners will support PG in determining the content of fashion directions, tailored to the current needs of the market. Taking into account the above-mentioned socio-economic conditions, the needs and expectations of academic teachers (NA) and students (ST) of the PG and the experience of the PG in the implementation of the project under the POWER 3.5 programme, the aim of the project was to increase the availability of the PG education offer for the needs of the economy and the labour market, as well as for green and digital transport, by 2029.04.30 through the implementation of a COMPREHENSIVE PROJECT.
