The aim of the project is to support the idea of lifelong learning by developing and implementing courses and workshops addressed to two main groups of recipients: 1. employees of the social assistance system - specialized courses I and II degrees in the profession of social worker, whose aim is to improve professional qualifications and adapt them to the needs and expectations of employers and the labour market. 2. staff of support professions, including social workers, family assistants, foster care coordinators, court curators, community animators, NGO’s employees - courses improving competences in the field of mediation and negotiation, interventional social work and supervision (KD3) As a result of project implementation, project participants (UP) will improve their professional qualifications by completing specialized courses - completing the Ist course entitles them to practice the profession of social worker, while obtaining the title of completing training in the field of specialization II st. entitles them to take the exam before the CKE for specialization degrees. The qualification exam is necessary in the career path. Competences gained through the completion of soft training will improve the quality of work, fill defined skills gaps and counteract burnout. In order to implement the project, a partnership was concluded with the Association of Certified Social Work Supervisors (hereinafter referred to as SCSPS). SCSPS brings together a wide group of employers with knowledge and experience in the field of broadly understood social assistance. In its work, SCSPS focuses on activities aimed at the professional development of employees providing social work services. SCSPS undertakes activities aimed at developing competences related to education on psychological health-promoting behaviors and methods of supporting mental condition and hygiene. Entity with which a partnership has been concluded under the Partnership Agreement of 09.11.2023 is entered in KIS 1. HEALTHY SOCIETY, including coordinated health care. The partner was selected in accordance with paragraph 1 of 28.04.2022 "On the rules for the implementation of tasks financed from European funds in the financial perspective 2021-2027". The partner belongs to the list of entities listed in art. 11/09/2019 Public procurement law. (KM2). In the established partnership, the division of tasks was defined, taking into account the active role of the partner in the areas of project implementation regarding the development of the concept and substantive assumptions of training, recruitment, consulting and giving opinions on substantive activities, maintaining the durability of the project. Establishment The partnership guarantees the achievement of synergy effects in the implemented project due to: - knowledge and influence on the shaping of social policy in the field of supporting the personnel of the social assistance system - developing effective methods of supporting the beneficiaries of the social assistance system in the identification of risk factors of distress related to civilization burdens that directly or indirectly increase the incidence of broadly understood mental disorders. - knowledge of the barriers and training needs of people involved in the social assistance system - possibilities of supporting the recruitment process through the use of internal communication channels. The potential of the PCA II in the above-mentioned areas is not sufficient to achieve the assumed results of the project. The indicated connection and cooperation between the entities on the indicated levels will create synergy effect and enable efficient implementation of the project, as well as achieving the planned objectives of the project. The applicant is an entity entitled to apply for funding under the call (KM1) and submits 1 application (KD6) in the call. The university is not in liquidation, it has not applied to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for permission to liquidate, and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education has not announced information about the suspension of the university's entitlement to conduct studies (KD1). The main objectives of the project and the planned activities serve to achieve the objectives of the ESF and are in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland. 01.05.
