PGEDU+ Platform: Development of qualifications and competences of adults

The aim of the project is to ADAPT THE QUALIFICATION OR COMPETENCE OF ADULTS (OS.D) TO THE NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS OF EMPLOYEES AND THE WORK MARKET – QUALIFICATION, COMPLETION OF LUXURY IN SKILLS through the implementation of the above-mentioned tasks.The foundation of the pro-products will be to promote the idea of lifelong learning. The project was divided into two groups of complementary tasks. Task 1-CREATION OF ACADEMY PLATFORM FOR MONITORING AND IMPROVING THE QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCE OF ADULTS (Access Criterion-KD3) The purpose of the task is to AVAIL THE EDUCATION OFFER FOR OS.D by creating a unified PGEDU+ platform offering training and dedicated courses per.d. Distributed training offers for people.d. published on various PG websites will be integrated.In addition to providing a unified offer, the system will allow you to subscribe to the offered course or training - regardless of the entity offering and providing the service, which will facilitate access to the training offer. Anyone who takes advantage of the offer of the proposed courses and trainings will receive ACCESS TO DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURSE, the schedule and the instructors, as well as access to additional materials. The system for each training participant will build a PROFESSIONAL PROFILE with the history of training, the scope of acquired competences.Persons will be able to compare their profile with the requirements of the market. The system will offer the possibility of assistance in searching for courses or trainings, which will allow you to gain the missing competences. The course platform will also offer functionality that allows you to use it in the process of RECRUITMENT OF PREZ OS.D in new or current workplaces.In the search process, it will be possible to determine the candidate's profile and the set of competences or qualifications required to perform a specific role. The system will also allow to collect information about INTERESTING IN THE SCHOOL TRAINING OFFER and support its creation by monitoring the expectations resulting from registered job offers. Another functionality of the training platform will be the SERVICE OF MICRO-DECLARATIONS – documents confirming the learning outcomes obtained as a result of the participant's short educational activities.Each training carried out by the PG will be certified in such a way that it will be possible to easily and quickly record certificates, and participants of courses will have quick access to their credentials from anywhere in the world. If paid courses are offered after the project, the system will provide payment automation functionality. ZAD. 2-6-DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAMMES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES:25 COURSES, TRAININGS, WORKSHOPS(KD3): -14 e-learning courses offered by the Faculty of Management and Economics of PG (GCE PG) in three areas of competence: DIGITAL AND IT COMPETENCE, COMP.FINANCE, COMP.MANAGEMENT AND ENTERPRISES; -9 courses offered by the Faculty of Architecture PG (WA PG) in four areas of competence: RECOVERY CONSTRUCTION, DESIGN THINKING, UNIVERSAL AVAILABILITY AND DESIGN, DIGITAL COMPETENCE IN GEOINFORMATION (3 GIS courses at different levels); -course offered by the Hydrogen Technology Centre PG(CTW PG)in the area of competence: WATER TECHNOLOGIES - course offered by the Center for Information Services PG (CUI PG) in the area of competence: GROUP WORK INSTRUMENTS IN OFFICE APPLICATIONS. The purpose of this section is, in particular, to adapt the QUALIFICATION OR COMPETENCE OF OS.D TO THE NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS OF EMPLOYEES AND THE WORK MARKET – QUALIFICATION, FULFILMENT OF LUX IN SKILLS IN THE WW. OBSZ. COMPETENCE. The TARGET GROUP-GD of the project consists of (KD2): 745(307K and 438M) people aged 18-64, willing to adapt their qualifications or competences to the needs and expectations of the labour market. The main RESULT of the project will be 596 people participating in higher education, who have acquired competences or qualifications thanks to the support of the ESF+.
