Lifelong learning as a path to professional success

The main objective of the project is to adapt qualifications or competences to the needs and expectations of employers and the labour market – reskilling, as well as to fill the skills gap of 500 people by 30.09.2027 from all over the country. RESULTS: Number of people in tertiary education who have acquired competences or qualifications through ESF+ support - 400 people (regardless of gender) TASKS: 1- development of specialised training programmes [abbreviation: KS] in consultation with employers 2-7 - implementation of 10 editions of specialized education along with the final exam in fields adapted to the labour market 8 - analysis and modification of completed specialized education programs in consultation with employers 9,11,13- development of education programs in forms of lifelong learning, i.e. courses and training in consultation with employers 10, 12,14-16 - implementation of courses and training tailored to the needs of the labour market 17 - analysis and modification of completed courses and training programs in consultation with employers 18 - organization of workshop meetings with employers by the Project Partner 19 - indirect costs During the promotional activities, the applicant will support equality between women and men by building information and promotional messages based on messages free from stereotypes (language, graphics, images). Information activities will be carried out in accordance with the rules of information and promotion applicable in the Programme.
