Results of the project: development and improvement of key or professional competences of teaching staff of educational institutions and pupils/students supported under transnational mobility programmes. Key competences that can be acquired or strengthened through the implementation of the project are: - in the understanding and creation of information; - in the field of multilingualism; - Mathematics and natural sciences, technology and engineering; - digital; personal, social and learning; -citizens; - in the field of entrepreneurship; in terms of cultural awareness and expression. Project implementation needs: Following the dynamically changing reality, the development of key competences such as e.g. digital or multilingualism seems to be a necessary and necessary issue for conscious and full participation in the teaching process as well as in everyday life. Teachers who want to meet the requirements of the modern student should be as aware as their pupils and take part in the development and evolution of reality. On the other hand, students, by developing key competences in the field of understanding and creating information, or in the field of learning, will become a more responsive group, more consciously receiving and processing the content transmitted to it. Each of the project's recipients, both staff representatives and students, living in an increasingly diverse society leading a globalized economy, will get the opportunity to develop advanced skills, including language skills. Representatives of both groups to which the project is addressed will be able to share the acquired knowledge, acquired qualifications with other students and colleagues, and thus participate in their development, which is the best way to promote participation in future projects. The main activities in the project will consist of educational trips in relation to the teaching staff: • Training: participation in organised courses or training courses, • observation of the work of a foreign partner school or other organisation related to school education, • teaching activities in foreign partner schools, • preparatory visit of staff of the sending organisation to the host institution to better prepare the mobility activities of learners or staff For pupils: • group mobility (2 to 30 days) of at least two students per group.
