MAIN OBJECTIVE: The main objective of the project is to improve the professional or key competences of 14 175 pupils and graduates of schools and vocational education and training institutions and 675 representatives of vocational education staff through participation in transnational mobility programmes implemented under the Erasmus+ programme. The objective will be achieved through co-financed entities from all over Poland, whose applications have passed the selection procedure - formal and substantive evaluation - in the Erasmus+ programme (VET sector, Action 1) in the 2022, 2023 and 2024 competitions (short-term projects) and have been placed on the reserve list. PARTICIPANTS: learners and apprentices in primary vocational education and training and in continuing vocational education and training, as well as graduates who have completed an apprenticeship up to 12 months after leaving school, and teachers, education or training providers and all other experts other than teachers and staff involved in vocational education or training and continuing vocational education or training. RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: the development and improvement of vocational competences or of key pupils and graduates of vocational education and training (VET) and vocational education and training (VET) institutions and staff supported under transnational mobility schemes. Key competences that can be acquired or strengthened through the implementation of the project are: - in understanding and producing information, - in multilingualism, - in mathematics and in science, technology and engineering, - in digital, - in personal, social and learning, - in civic, - in entrepreneurship, - in cultural awareness and expression. The main activities of the project will be the implementation of mobility abroad. For learners, the supported actions are: - participation in skills competitions, - short-term internships. Staff mobility will take the form of: - work observation, - trips for teaching or training, - courses and training. As a complement to physical mobility, all learner and staff mobility activities will be able to be combined with virtual activities (the minimum and maximum durations set out above apply to the physical mobility component). Another activity supported by the project will be a preparatory visit, i.e. a visit of the sending organisation’s staff to a future hosting organisation to better prepare the mobility activities of learners or staff (in particular those with fewer opportunities), to start cooperation with a new partner organisation or to prepare longer-term activities. They will be able to be organised in preparation for any type of learner or staff mobility, excluding courses and training. Both mobility and preparatory visits will be possible in partnership with institutions from EU countries, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland, the Republic of Turkey, the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of North Macedonia. A further description is set out in the Annex.
