The aim of the project is to increase the usability and recognition of IQF as a tool supporting lifelong learning of people of different ages and improving the functioning of the Integrated Qualifications System. The activities provided for in the project are a direct continuation of selected activities implemented by IBE in OP KED projects related to IRK and respond to the identified needs for the development of the register. ZRK requires constant work to adapt it to dynamic technological changes, changes in its closer and further information environment, to changes in the ZSK itself (including planned amendments to the ZSK Act), and above all to the changing requirements of various user groups. The usefulness of the IQF from the perspective of people and institutions using the information on qualifications gathered in it depends on: - the completeness and timeliness of the data collected on qualifications and the possibilities of obtaining them, - the usefulness of the information made available for individual groups of users who have different needs and expectations, - the ease of using the information collected in the register, including the use of tools tailored to the needs of users, based on ZRK data, - the attractiveness of the way in which information is made available, - the readability of links between data on qualifications in ZRK and supplementary information, e.g. on training, funding, related professions and positions. The usefulness of the ICZM as a tool to support the functioning of the ICZM means that it will: - support individuals and institutions in performing their tasks under the ISK Act, - enable systemic monitoring of the ISK on the basis of the ISK database and IT infrastructure, - enable the use of data collected in the ISK by other systems, databases and digital tools (e.g. BUR, Badge+), - use data from outside the ZRK to increase the matching of information in the ZRK to the diverse needs of users, - use technologies that improve the analysis, processing and sharing of data. Therefore, in order to achieve the goal of the project, it is necessary not only to improve the functionality of the register itself, but also to further develop the related tools that increase its usability. The register, together with its associated tools and the ISK portal, constitute the digital ecosystem of the register. In view of the above, the activities planned in the project are expected to lead to the following results: - ensuring that the data in the IRG is up-to-date, inter alia, by modifying the tools that feed the IRG with up-to-date data from other sources (interconnectors), - modernising the IRG portal and constantly adapting the information resources made available through it to the diverse needs of users, - fully implementing and developing tools that facilitate institutional users to perform their tasks under the IRG Act (e.g. IRG e-applications - a tool for submitting and processing applications - including qualifications and granting permission to certify them, a tool that facilitates describing qualifications and assigning them a level of IRG), - further developing and making available tools that facilitate individual users' use of the data collected in the IRG and planning educational and professional development (IA chatbot, compasses), including the development of data resources that can be combined with registration data and techniques and tools that allow them to be combined and processed (e.g. trained AI models), in particular, identifying mutual references of qualifications, occupations, jobs, skills, cd. in the ‘Ration of individual expenditures’ section.
