The project is implemented in a formalized cooperation between the UMB and the OzN community at the stage of creating the WND and at each stage crucial for the correct implementation of activities aimed at ensuring access to universities (KD8). It is a non-governmental organisation within the meaning of Article 3(2) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on Public Benefit Activities and Voluntary Service, which has more than four years of experience in public benefit activities referred to in Article 3(1) of the above-mentioned Act, in terms of both the implementation of access to OzN in universities and other public institutions and the promotion of OzN education in universities (KP2). UMB signs an agreement with PSON defining the scope and terms of cooperation (KD8). The project will be implemented in accordance with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU, including in the area of equality K and M and non-discrimination, as well as with the provisions of the UNCPN, including in the area of non-discrimination, equal opportunities, access and equality of all NSAs, through the use of reasonable solutions, awareness-raising among the NCAs, and access to participation in the NCA project.
