Availability Plus for AOS

The project fits in and assumes real loss targets. MZ as recorded in the document ‘HEALTHY FUTURE OF THE STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SYST.OCHR.HEALTH FOR THE YEARS 2021-2027, WITH A PERSPECTIVE UNTIL 2030’, including through amendments and effects.op.zdrow. i rozw.kadr syst.ochr.zdr. The project will consist in the development of Accessibility Standards for Outpatient Specialist Care facilities (hereinafter: SDAOS) and real.proj.grant by AOS based on adopted SDAOS. AOS facilities provide, on the basis of contracts with the National Health Fund (hereinafter: National Health Fund (NFZ) - public health tasks. Real.proj.results from the government's Accessibility Plus Program, which aims to provide free access to goods, services and opportunities for people with special needs to participate in social and public life. The Availability Plus programme mentions the health service as the fourth of the areas of the Progr., indicating that its real effect will be ‘changes in selected medical care facilities, consisting in improving their equipment to facilitate communication (with a deaf person, with a person with speech disorders), movement (markings, driveways, lifts), and changes in procedures allowing a person with disabilities to be assisted by the staff of the facility. The availability of medical facilities, including clinics and hospitals, is a prerequisite for ensuring that every citizen has the right to equal treatment. New or renovated buildings of hospitals and clinics generally meet the criteria for architectural accessibility, mainly for people with mobility disabilities. In the case of older buildings, additional improvements are needed so that people with special needs can easily move around the medical care facility. The target group is AOS facilities, and indirectly its employees, through participation in trainings. The result of the project will be SD AOS, using participatory methods with all stakeholders, which will then be tested and implemented at subsequent stages of the project, as part of grant projects in AOS institutions selected in the grant procedure. The other rez. is the implementation of the standard by AOS, which otrz.grant and training AOS employees in the field of communication. SD AOS will include a description of the necessary actions not only in the area of infrastructure investments, but also in the supply of equipment for accessibility, as well as staff training. Therefore, it is important to ensure the comprehensiveness of the proposed support. The aim of the Ministry of Health is not only to provide medical facilities providing AOS with the necessary infrastructure and equipment, but above all a range of activities of a workshop, school and educational character. The support provided for in the project will be comprehensive and will cover the above-mentioned not only arch barriers, but also digits. and inform.-kom. Since 2019, MZ real.proj "Accessibility Plus for Health". The project related to the support of outpatient specialist care facilities will be largely implemented in a manner similar to the above project, taking into account the conclusions, recommendations and experiences resulting from its implementation. This will allow you to develop the most effective solutions and implement all the required indicators in the planned budget and schedule. The project for AOS facilities will be complementary to the currently implemented Accessibility Plus for Health project, which supported hospitals and Primary Health Care Facilities (hereinafter: No AOS, but no AOS. The project will be based on the principle of sustainable development, through a pro-ecologist approach, such as the elimination of paper circulation and energy savings. The proposal is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU - there are no contradictions between the assumptions of the proposal and the provisions of the Charter. The project, by providing equal access to health protection, fulfils the provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of the SA.
