The project implemented in the period 01.09.2024-31.08.2026 is addressed to at least 156 representatives representing at least 78 non-governmental organisations undertaking advocacy activities at a local, regional or national level or aiming at undertaking such activities, including those operating within the framework of bodies of dialogue. The support is addressed to people (members, employees, volunteers) delegated by non-governmental organizations conducting activities in the following voivodships: Wielkopolskie, Dolnośląskie, Małopolskie, Podkarpackie and Świętokrzyskie regions, in the area of policies indicated in the competition rules, i.e. education and training, social inclusion and integration, labour market, health protection. Objectives of the project: 1. Provide education and development support to 156 representatives/doctors of organisations interested in participating in law-making processes, public consultations, co-creation, monitoring and evaluation of public policies, thereby contributing to strengthening their capacity to carry out advocacy activities; 2. Strengthening competences (knowledge and skills) and motivation to participate in advocacy processes at national, regional or local level among at least 141 NGO representatives/drugs (at least 90% of project participants), 3. Strengthening the competences to develop the institutional and expert capacity of the organization in order to strengthen advocacy/involvement in the creation of public policies among at least 78 non-governmental organizations from the area of 5 voivodships, 4. Building a network of contacts, strengthening cooperation, and disseminating good practices of advocacy activities among people and organizations covered by the project. Main tasks of the project: 1.Animation - reaching out to local communities and motivating them to take participatory and advocacy actions in their environment 2.Schools of Advocacy - 12 educational cycles consisting of trainings, study visits, conferences, mentoring 3. National exchange of experience and summary of the educational achievements of the project. Main results: ● increasing the knowledge of project participants on law-making processes, the possibility of influencing the creation of public policies and on advocacy tools (minimum 141 project participants) ● acquiring skills in the implementation of advocacy activities, including: participation in the process of shaping public policies at local, regional and national/EU level, conducting watchdog activities, conducting public debate and other advocacy forms, (minimum 141 participants/project cheques) ● increasing motivation to (further) conduct advocacy activities (minimum 141 participants/project cheques) ● strengthening the competences to develop the institutional capacity of organisations enabling advocacy activities (minimum 76 supported organisations) ● increasing awareness of the possibility of NGOs influencing public policies, and on the importance of socialising public governance processes (minimum 141 participants/project cheques) ● min 8 organisations will carry out advocacy initiatives.
