The project comprehensively supports non-governmental organizations operating in the field of social and professional integration and reintegration, which want to participate in the law-making process, but for organisational and competence reasons are unable to do so. The support is as individual as possible - tailored to the development needs of specific NGOs and their representatives. As a result of the project activities, 30 NGOs will develop, and at least 150 people from these NGOs will receive substantive support. In turn, at least 90% of the target group (136 pers.) will take part in the entire planned support path and will obtain a certificate confirming the acquisition of new competences. The aim of the project is to develop the potential of 30 NGOs operating in the area of social and professional integration and reintegration, including PES and PS, to participate in the process of law-making and co-creation, monitoring and evaluation of public policies in their areas of activity and to strengthen their potential for advocacy activities. In the project: 1. 30 NGOs will take part in the law-making process and prepare comments on consulted or functioning legal acts in the area of social and professional integration and reintegration. 2. 30 NGOs will develop through the implementation of NGO development strategies in the area of law-making and human resources development strategies in the area necessary for participation in the law-making process and the development of procedures allowing effective participation of NGOs in law-making. 3. 136 people working in NGOs working in the area of law-making will increase their competences in the field of NGO management and participation in the law-making process, including their knowledge in the field of law-making, social and professional integration law, analysis and presentation of data used in the law-making process, data availability for people with special needs, task management and financing activities aimed at participating in the law-making process. 4. 136 people will be more aware of the importance of social participation in the law-making process. 5. Up to 24 pieces of legislation developed at national level, including e.g. rules of competitions for reintegration entities, will be developed with precise comments stemming from the day-to-day experience of NGOs working in the field of social and professional integration and reintegration. In addition, the project will include: 15 legal opinions aimed at identifying proposals for solutions to the difficulties in the day-to-day functioning of reintegration entities, - 15 recommendations for changes in legal acts in the area of social and professional integration and reintegration, - 15 articles promoting expert opinions in the knowledge base on public consultations and participation in the law-making process: academicango.pl, - 30 descriptions of problem situations in specific NGOs anonymized and published in the knowledge base about public consultations and participation in the law-making process: Akademiango.pl, - 30 developed strategies and 120 procedures for NGOs wishing to participate in the law-making process, The project will also provide 1,440 hours of training (48 hours for each participant), which will be "tailor-made" for organisations operating in the field of social and professional integration and reintegration, who want to develop towards participation in the law-making process. A very important aspect of the project will be networking of organizations during the training and integration trip. The result of the trip will be the development of a concept for the development of a system of integration and reintegration activities in PL, which will be published in the form of an electronic publication, downloadable from the project knowledge base. In addition to 48 training support, participants will be able to benefit from the support of a mentor, advisor and experts in law-making and, inter alia, the development of common positions, strategies, procedures and drafting.
