Our greatest capital - conscious citizens in public space

The aim of the project is to support representatives of non-governmental organizations from two voivodships: Świętokrzyskie Voivodship and Podkarpackie Voivodship. Support will be provided to not less than 180 persons participating in the project, each person will receive at least 50 hours of clock support in the form of thematic trainings strengthening the potential of civic organizations, as well as individual consultations dedicated to individual environments. As part of the project, Participants will be recruited in 12 training groups, each group will have 15 Participants, representatives of various organizations from the regions covered by the support. The project will support a minimum of 20 organisations, e.g. in the areas of education and training, social inclusion and integration, labour market, health care. Each of the groups will take part in trainings in the field of, among others, local initiative, public consultations, resolution initiatives, adoption of annual cooperation programmes with ngo, ePUAP, mObywatel (due to changes in reporting and low skills of ngo representatives in the field of digital competences, in particular as a contractor, it is necessary to really strengthen their potential and the possibility of fulfilling civic obligations resulting from being a representative of an NGO). In addition to individual training and consultations, participants will have the opportunity to cooperate with JTS in co-creating cooperation programmes, public consultations, etc. Participants of each group will undergo a training cycle, with the possibility of individual mentoring (with a social participation assistant and a social participation ambassador), participation in working groups and expert panels. For all right. 30% of the Participants (the most active Participants) will participate in foreign (European) study visits, which will be an opportunity for multidimensional education, drawing good practices of cooperation of civic organizations with representatives of local self-government, entrepreneurship and social participation. The project will be addressed in particular to representatives of non-governmental organizations from smaller towns, where access to digital tools and their use is not as popular as in large urban centers. At the same time, they are organizations that significantly affect the shape of the local community, their level of activity, participation in, for example, elections, local initiatives related to obtaining grants, etc. Participation in the training cycle will increase the activity of representatives of supported non-governmental organizations, it will improve the quality of social life by not only increasing the individual skills of members of supported organizations, but also a collective sense of agency by participating in shaping local policies, increase the frequency of contacts between representatives of non-governmental organizations in local government units. The process of raising knowledge by the Project Participants will be carried out in accordance with the evaluation requirements, at least 90% of the Participants will raise knowledge and acquire new competences in the field of civic participation. Project in line with the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and national legislation. The project will be implemented in accordance with the principle of sustainable development-DNSH. The project complies with the Minimum Standard for the implementation of the principle of equality between women and men in projects co-financed by the ESF+. Anyone interested in participating in the project, regardless of age, gender, ethnic or national affiliation, disability, sexual orientation or religion, will be able to take part in the project, provided that they meet the substantive criteria for recruitment and participation. Lack of equality barriers, the applicant will take action to ensure that they do not occur at any stage. Duration of the project: 24 months, 01.08.2024-31.07.2026
