The project concerns support for labour migration management processes to better exploit the potential of labour migrants and support for employers looking for foreign workers. The main goal of the project is to enable obtaining in one place comprehensive information about the principles of work in Poland, addressed, among others, to foreigners. This can be achieved through the modernization and development of the Green Line Information and Consulting Center (CIKSZ ZL), separating a module on work and life in Poland, including employment of foreigners, provisions on access to the Polish labour market, career development opportunities and entrepreneurship. The specific objectives of the project are: • gathering and updating information resources used by the Public Employment Services (PES) and other public institutions providing services to migrants, • creating a multi-channel and intelligent contact centre (CC) solution, integrating and providing information to clients in a comprehensive and multilingual manner, • creating a reliable source of information for foreigners, employers, public institutions and private entities supporting migrants and disseminating information about work and life in Poland. An online platform and CC system will be created to serve customers using modern and scalable technologies based on universal solutions enabling efficient and mass customer service in a multi-channel and multilingual model. The need for project implementation stems from existing barriers in: access of foreigners to comprehensive information on working and living conditions in Poland; - finding by employers who want to employ a foreigner in one place all the information that will help them in this; - gathering in one place information from the fields of activity of various public institutions concerning migrants; - finding by private entities comprehensive, reliable information not only on the conditions and possibilities of employing foreigners, but also necessary to properly plan the process of transfer and organization of life in Poland. The project responds to the problem of dissipation of information on life and work in Poland addressed to foreigners, as well as the lack of continuity in financing parts of existing Internet portals. CIKSZ ZL operating in KG OHP will be complementary to the Centers for Integration of Foreigners and other information points for foreigners, will provide reliable, detailed and up-to-date information that these points will be able to use. In addition, it will give the possibility of telephone calls and support via chat / email. The aim of the project will be achieved by modernising and extending the scope of the content supported by CIKSZ ZL to include the above range of information. An analysis of existing websites containing information useful for migrants and the adaptation of selected websites of public institutions and other entities to the needs of labour migrants will also be carried out. Thanks to the implementation of the above actions, migrants, employers, labour market institutions and other entities will gain a reliable tool for informing and activating foreigners in Poland, including people migrating for work purposes. CIKSZ ZL was established in 2008 as part of the system project 1.43 Dz.1.1 POKL and its services are addressed to customers whose information needs fall within the competence of PSZ. There are no equality barriers in the project - it is accessible to women, men and people with disabilities. Cd. under 'Justification of expenditure', point 29.
