The aim of the project is to develop the institutional capacity of NGOs to provide high-quality and accessible services in the area of social inclusion and integration by supporting their 400 representatives from all over Poland during the 24-month period of the project implementation. The specific objectives are: a) Diagnosing the potential, results and deficits of NGOs in the area of service provision and increasing motivation and strategic orientation of it to improve their scope, quality and availability. b) Development of competences of representatives of NGOs in the area of improving the quality of services provided by NGOs c) Development of competences of representatives of NGOs in the area of improving the availability of services provided by NGOs d) Development of services and their scope and/or quality and/or availability provided by NGOs e) Networking of NGOs and development of intra-sectoral and cross-sectoral cooperation f) Evaluation and legitimacy of solutions developed in the field of improving services provided by NGOs g) Dissemination of quality standards and availability of services and increasing the social impact of the project. The project is addressed to 400 representatives (250 K and 150 M NGOs) (access box 4) in Poland, operating in the following areas: inclusion and social inclusion (access criterion 2), who will represent no less than 10 NGOs. The main results of the project are: • Number of NGO representatives supported in the provision of social services - 400 pers (250 K and 150 M) • Number of NGO representatives who improved their competences in the provision of social services - 360 pers (225 K and 135 M) The project envisages the implementation of 4 tasks: Zad 1 NGO QUALITY QUEST. Diagnosis of the quality and availability of NGO services - aimed at diagnosing the needs of NGOs, directing their representatives to the project, in terms of the development of competences for the quality and availability of services provided by a given NGO. The diagnosis will be carried out on the basis of a specified tool. The results of the diagnosis will be the starting point for building a competency development plan for a given NGO and the basis for selecting a support path for representatives of a given NGO within the framework of "NGO Excellence": path (a) basic, (b) intermediate, (c) advanced Zad 2. NGO DYNAMIX. A package of support for the quality and availability of NGO services - aimed at the implementation of various forms of competence development, such as: basic training in the field of quality management in NGOs, accessibility of services in NGOs and social innovations and innovative solutions in NGOs for the quality and accessibility of services; creative workshops aimed at identifying interesting, innovative, innovative solutions in a given NGO, based on existing resources, sometimes unconscious resources, which, by giving them a new function, using a specific feature, can contribute to finding and implementing a solution in a given NGO that will improve the quality and availability of services; Consultations with external experts on a case-by-case basis will help NGOs to find solutions for quality and accessibility. Zad 3. NGO CONNECT. NGO networking and value creation - focused on building internal and cross-sectoral cooperation through remote animation meetings, face-to-face meetings entitled: NGO café, study visits to institutions implementing solutions for the quality and accessibility of services. Zad 4. NGO COMPASS. Standards of quality and accessibility of NGO services - focused on the development of standards of quality and accessibility of NGO services (publication), development of the NGO Excellence quality label in 3 variants: basic, standard and pro, which will be able to receive NGOs whose representatives took part in the project depending on the implemented support path: a), b), c) and ex-post evaluation. The task also assumes the dissemination of quality standards and accessibility.
