The main and overarching objective of the project is to test the suitability of micro-credentials to develop skills in line with the idea of lifelong learning and to design the process of issuing and collecting them. The solutions developed will provide a response to the Council Recommendation of 22 June 2022 on a European approach to micro-enterprises, which recommends, inter alia, that Member States, through micro-enterprises: enable the acquisition and updating of social knowledge, skills and competences that ensure success in a changing labour market; b) support the preparation of organisers of micro-curricular activities to increase the quality, transparency, accessibility and flexibility of the educational offer in order to provide opportunities for individual learning and career paths. During the project implementation, among others, solutions will be developed and tested for designing, describing (including through learning outcomes) and broadcasting micro-sites in accordance with the principles ensuring their credibility on the labour market. The first described micro-focus will be on ICT skills. No later than OK. 18 months of project duration, another category of micro-jobs will be selected, including skills of a different type. During the implementation of the project, micro-plants will be issued in digital form, using applications for issuing micro-plants. The badge+. The application was created so that interested institutions (e.g. entrepreneurs, training companies, universities) could issue digital badges certifying specific skills, and individuals had the opportunity to acquire them, collect them in their account and easily make them available to selected entities (e.g. employers). The experience of the project will make it possible to adapt the tool as much as possible to the needs of its users (publishers and badge holders) and make it widely available in the future as a tool to support lifelong learning. Activities planned for implementation will be carried out in cooperation with interested circles, including training companies, recruitment agencies, industry organizations, enterprises, universities. Stakeholders will be involved in developing standards and solutions for the use of micro-sites and participating in the pilot. Throughout the project, there will also be a dissemination campaign on micro-enterprises, implemented, among others, using social media, primarily LinkedIn. The project has been divided into 4 main parts, which correspond to the basic tasks of the project: -develop standards and solutions for designing, describing, issuing and ensuring the reliability of micro-enterprises, -pilot implementation of digital micro-enterprises skills and achievements, -develop usability and accessibility of Badge+ applications as a tool to support the use of micro-enterprises, -spread micro-enterprises as a flexible tool for upskilling and reskilling in the context of lifelong learning (so-called adult learning) and take action to integrate this solution into practice or policy. In the case of confirmation of the usefulness of micro-enterprises, the developed standards and solutions may be developed on a wider scale, among others to: a) strengthening the motivation of adults to improve their skills and acquire new ones, b) increasing the effectiveness of recruitment and planning career paths of employees, c) developing more flexible forms of education, better suited to the needs of both employers and employees, engaged simultaneously in professional, family and social life, d) popularization of checking (validation) and confirming competences acquired outside formal education (e.g. in the course of professional tasks, independent learning). In view of the above, the project is in line with the specific objective ESF+.CP4.G.
