The aim of the TransferHUB incubator is to support innovative solutions for improving the quality of work in Poland. By good work we mean employment that: -responds to the challenges of today, -takes into account the diverse needs and conditions of employees, -leaves space for personal life, performing other social roles and rest, -does not lead to burnout or permanent reduction of the mood of working people, -provides benefits not only to entrepreneurs and shareholders, but also to other groups of stakeholders - employees, customers, suppliers and the wider local community and the environment in which employers operate. Results: In the incubation path, we plan training, advisory and financial support for 30 innovations. In the acceleration path, we plan substantive support and fine-tuning of at least 10 innovations. In the "incubation" path, we will identify at least 3 innovations for dissemination. In the "acceleration" path, we will identify at least 2 innovations for dissemination. We define TransferHUB target groups broadly. These are: - employers - entities employing employees from the private, public and social sectors, - employees - people employed at the PPO, civil-law contracts and self-employed, - trade unions, - jobseekers, - people entering and returning to the labour market - learners and students and NEETs, - business environment institutions, labour market institutions and other entities supporting employees and employers - including individuals (e.g. counsellors/professional advisers), social economy support centres, training institutions, etc. Tasks In the "incubation" path, we envisage the implementation of extensive active recruitment of innovators interested in developing ideas in the field of employment. Recruitment methods include meetings held in various Polish cities, online activities (webinars, podcasts, actively conducted www and social media), substantive materials that inspire and provide knowledge about the incubator's activities. Innovators admitted to the Incubator will receive comprehensive support in developing an idea for innovation, including: research in the direction of the needs of users and recipients, critical analysis of the idea, proper development of innovation specifications, networking meetings that animate cooperation and creativity. From among those accepted to the Incubator, the TH Team will select at least 30 innovations for the testing stage based on substantive criteria. Support at this stage will include: grant with a maximum value of PLN 100,000, ongoing accompaniment, access to individual advice, development and implementation of an evaluation study, networking meetings. As a result of testing, the TH team will identify at least 3 innovations for dissemination and take actions aimed at effectively convincing users to use these solutions. "Accelerator" will select innovations with high uptake potential. The innovations will be retested with new user groups or modified according to the needs of new user groups. Cooperation and commitment of the authors of innovation to further development of projects or, where this is not possible, involvement of the project team is assumed. In both cases, the responsibility for the direction and progress of the work falls to the so-called Ministry of Foreign Affairs. a “product owner” who actively collaborates with the acceleration specialist and other members of the project team on the diffusion of innovation. The goal of acceleration is to prepare innovations for use by a larger number of users and to improve solutions with the greatest potential for dissemination. We plan to accelerate at least 10 solutions previously developed as innovations. From the process of re-testing, refining and evaluating these solutions, at least 2 will be selected for dissemination. We will take steps to implement these practices.
