POPOJUTRZE 3.0 is the 3rd edition of the author's program supporting SOCIAL INNOVATION [IS] exclusively in the field of broadly understood EDUCATION, covering innovative solutions in the field of formal and non-formal education at every stage of human life, from early pre-school education, through general and vocational education, to higher education and lifelong learning [access criterion / KD1]. The programme is nationwide (KD5) and will be run by SENSE, Project Leader PO-PO-JUTRZE [POPO/ competition POWR.04.01.00-IZ.00-00-001/15] and Beneficiary POPOJUTRZE 2.0 – EDUCATION [POPO 2.0/ competition POWR.04.01.00-IZ.00-00-024/19, KD11], who, thanks to many years of experience, know-how and resources (personal, organisational, technical and financial), has the full capacity to be an IS INcubaTOR, building and developing an ecosystem that effectively supports the search, pre-/incubation, acceleration and dissemination of EDUINNATION. The 3rd edition of POPOJUTRZE will include 2 tracks of INKUBATOR activity (KD2): - PATH A: Pre-incubation and incubation of micro-innovation - PATH B: Acceleration of innovation. Path A is a continuation of POPOJUTRZE's good practices, supplemented with new support elements. It will run according to the model: zad. 1 [1]. Active recruitment, including PREINKUBACTION 2. Choosing the best ideas for innovation 3. Support for INNOVators [INNO/Team] - INCUBATION 4. Selection of solutions with the greatest potential for dissemination 5. DISSEMINATION. From the new elements resulting from the diagnosis of the CERTIFICATE GROUP [GD], evaluation, public consultations and conclusions from cooperation between incubators, the following will appear: - POPO_CAMP: workshops to generate ideas for innovation and create teams among INNO - e-INKUBATOR: platform combining e-learning at every stage of participation in the project with the IS repository and instructions for their use and test results - SOCIAL INNOVATION COUNCIL FOR EDUCATION [RISE]: which in POPO and POPO 2.0 acted as a group of patrons involved in the dissemination process, and now will become a formal body of institutions and their representatives, actively involved from recruitment to dissemination. The incubation will place greater emphasis on individualisation of support (qualitatively and quantitatively), accompaniment during prototyping and testing, and greater research trials during innovation testing. Path B is a new element of support. The methodology was created by SENSE experts and RISE representatives, based on know-how and experience in the POPOJUTRZE_professional [competition POWR.04.01.00-IZ.00-00-034/21]. It assumes: 6. Selecting innovations and supporting them in improving, developing and preparing for implementation on a wider scale 7. Selection of solutions with the greatest potential for dissemination 8. DISSEMINATION. All tasks in PATHWAYS A and B are in accordance with KD3 of the Regulations and are described in more detail later in the [WND] proposal and the Strategy annexed to the WND (KD4). The POPOJUTRZE 3.0 program is addressed to a wide range of INNO: formal and informal groups, consisting of at least 2-person teams, the participation of INNO is necessary in PATH A. PATH B is, in turn, possible without their involvement. The support process will be based on the resources and know-how of the POPOJUTRZE [POPO_TEAM] team. Thanks to the adopted methodology, it will ensure QUALITY, FLEXIBILITY and INDIVIDUAL approach. It was built on world-proven methods of creating innovations based on an understanding of the problems and needs of users and recipients: DESIGN THINKING [DT], DOUBLE DIAMOND and SERVICE DESIGN [SD]. The main objective of the POPOJUTRZE 3.0 project is to support the process of incubation of 36 IS (KD7) and acceleration of 9 IS from all over the country allowing for faster, cheaper and more efficient solving of problems in the area of EDUCATION, of which 12 IS (respectively: 9 IS, 3 IS) will be tested and targeted for wider dissemination and popularisation in the period from 1.1.2024 to 31.10.2027.
