Turn on the room! GENERATOR OF IDEAS FOR AVAILABLE EDUCATION

The 21st century brings dynamic development and changes in every living space. EDUCATION, which is a fundamental pillar of the development of society, is also changing. What we learned 30 years ago, today we have effortlessly at our fingertips. The way of teaching and the conditions that the school should provide for pupils, pupils and pedagogical staff are changing. The right direction is a friendly education and a SCHOOL AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE. The basic strategy aimed at this goal today is UNIVERSAL DESIGN IN EDUCATION, i.e. planning learning in such a way that it takes into account the diversity of needs and opportunities. This applies, among others, to school spaces, curricula and teaching methods, building a climate, a sense of success and security in the learning process. Turn on the room! GENERATOR OF IDEAS FOR AVAILABLE EDUCATION is a project implemented in a partnership of 3 organizations: SENSE consulting (hereinafter referred to as SENSE), Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as AMU) and the Centre for Teacher Development in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as ODN). The combination of the potential and resources of the above-mentioned institutions gives a unique synergy of competences on a national scale: -SENSE: since 2016, he has been managing the Incubator of Social Innovation for Education POPOJUTRZE, within which the first Council of Social Innovation for Education in Poland was established; Since 2019, he has also run the largest Accessibility Centre in Poland, whose publication on 19.04.2024 published the first #Trendbook for Accessibility in the country. -AM: one of the best academic centres in Poland, one of the 10 research universities forming the University of Excellence, a member of the European Partnership for an Innovative Campus Unifying Regions, conducts the best special education course in Poland, creating learning standards for inclusive education. -ODN: one of the 3 largest teacher education centres in Poland, manages the largest Digital Wielkopolska School 2030 project in Poland with a budget of over PLN 100 million, which will be supported by 5,000 teachers. Together, the partners have created a PROGRAMME to support accessible education. It consists of a series of instruments aimed at seeking innovative solutions for accessible primary and secondary education in mainstream and inclusive schools and supporting pupils with special needs who are experiencing difficulties in the educational process (Access Criterion/KD1). The support will include the development and development of the concepts of the above-mentioned solutions and their testing in real conditions. The project will consist of 2 STAGES of activities: STAGE I: from the establishment of the Incubator's advisory team to the selection of social innovation models (hereinafter IS) and their preparation for testing: Zad. 1 (1). Appointment of an advisory team in the project. 2.Active recruitment of Scholarship holders (hereinafter referred to as STYPE). 3.Support STYP in the process of developing an innovative idea and creating and supporting a network of their cooperation. 4.Selecting the most effective solutions and preparing them for the testing stage. STAGE II: from the selection of grantees to the dissemination of selected IS: 5.Selection of GRANTOBIORCÓW (hereinafter GB) for testing solutions. 6.Support GB. 7.Selection of solutions with the greatest potential for dissemination. 8 Dissemination. The project is addressed to 2 target groups (hereinafter referred to as GD) of scholarship holders and grantees recruited from all over Poland (KD9): -teachers, educators, school psychologists, active in the area of accessible education, interested in developing their innovative ideas in this area - bodies running public, non-public, public or inclusive primary and secondary schools (hereinafter: GB). The goal is to support the development of innovative ideas in the area of accessible education, 105 STYPE, the development of a network of their cooperation and testing in schools refined 10 IS their authorship, of which 3 will be directed to dissemination and popularization on a wider scale. All activities are planned during the period: 1.11.2024-31.12.2027.
