The ‘Future of the Written Family’ project, implemented on 01.02.25-31.01.27 out of 15 families in d.o., requiring intensive support from the above-mentioned op. problems, the risk of poverty.inheritance of poverty, low social competences, education, lack of educational models.The support lasts at least 18 months.The activities will strengthen families in which, due to the multiplicity and complexity of problems, the risk of placement of children in foster care is or has already occurred, which is why: -we will scale up the "Winning family" model and continue the assumptions and actions after its completion -recruit and diagnose.family with poverty in terms of problems and resources -individualized support for families - implementation of tasks as part of the package of basics.and expand. Objective-reduction of the phenomenon of inheritance of poverty and exclude.society.Min. 8 families will improve their functioning.Recruited and qualified participants (UP) are residents of the territory of degraded social and physical areas, covered by the program of Revitalization of Zdegrad Areas. UP support will be consistent with the Model, based on its principles, guaranteeing max potential effects and min. risk of failures: -comprehensiveness of support-coverage of the UP department. gr.i indyw.Animations and events on the Wednesday of residence impact on the environment.Building relationships with the family and covering the assistance.family, which throughout the period of UP's participation in the project will support in solving problems and be accompanied by UP -personalized support-as part of the package of basics. and extension.-will be available to all UP.At the stage of deepening the diagnosis, the Team of Specialists (ZS) will decide with the family to participate in the forms of the extension package., depending on the needs of the family -coordination-efficiency of the project.It will affect the construction and development of a coalition of local entities (LSW) from the area of support and social development, which will offer UP services and division.LSW will strengthen cross-sectoral cooperation for families with children at risk of poverty.Directly, the UP will work with ZS, whose task will be to provide effective help UP -powerment-support will allow UP to control of their own life and sense of self-ownness. A genogram and individual support path will be prepared for each family. Participation in the project will be a chance to gain benefits and skills, e.g. good work organization, coping in difficult situations, satisfactory communication - deinstitutionalization-despite deficits, UP have the competence to solve problems and meet needs independently. He needs only a guide, who will be mainly family assistants in the project, implementing support in the family home and accompanying in contacts with institutions and the nearest environment. The project includes support of the supportive family and environmental activities integrating with the local society. The basic user of the Model is the City/MOPS in Świdnica - the leading partner and org. non-governmental Foundation Pretty Stories.MOPS will employ 2 family assistants, Development Manager, Policy Coordinator, Foundation-Leader of the educational process. and Environmental Work Specialist.The staff will meet the requirements of education, training and competence in accordance with the Model. As part of the LSW, at least 10 entities will be active, including those from the community, culture (MDK, Bibliot.), sport, education (nurseries, kindergartens, schools), care, education (3pwd), justice, health and neighbors from the family's living environment, which will strengthen the functioning of the Model. UP's participation in the Project is an opportunity to achieve benefits and acquire skills, e.g. good work organization, dealing with difficult situations, satisfying communication, resourcefulness, which will contribute, among others, to improving the situation on the labour market. The applicant will provide the participants with individual support and comprehensive activation of educac.This will be possible thanks to the development and strengthening of cooperation between stakeholders who will take action for families at risk of poverty and the inheritance of poverty.The scaled model and the experience gained during its implementation will be introduced to the Municipal Family Support Programme by a resolution of the Municipal Council of the Republic of Poland.
