The project assumes the construction of a modern Research and Development Centre (CBR), which will focus on the development of advanced technologies for specialized transport equipment. The main objective is to create a research infrastructure enabling innovative research and the development of products that increase energy efficiency and reduce the negative impact on the environment. The CBR will be equipped with test benches for testing heavy and oversized equipment, as well as specialized equipment for simulation of real machine operating conditions. The Centre's activity is to lead to the development of new solutions that will significantly reduce exhaust emissions and noise levels, while increasing energy efficiency. The project also includes the integration of new technologies into existing heavy machinery systems, which will facilitate their market adaptation. The implementation of the project will contribute to the competitiveness and innovation of the company, opening up new opportunities for industry. The scope of the project is not only construction and equipment works, but also the development of support systems for scientists and engineers and the creation of testing and prototyping stations. The Centre is to become a place of synergy between science and industry, where interdisciplinary cooperation will contribute to the rapid introduction of innovations for industrial use. The NT Industry project focuses on the development of innovative technologies for special transport equipment. The planned information and promotion activities include: 1. Intensive partnership with academic centres, including the Silesian University of Technology, which will include joint research projects, knowledge exchange and co-creation of scientific publications. These activities are aimed at informing and promoting the effects of the project, increasing research competences and practical application of research results. 2. The project assumes cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises in the production and supply of specialized components, which will allow the transfer of technology and knowledge, increasing their innovation and competitiveness, which will also affect the promotion of the project. 3. Promotion of research results through publications in renowned journals, which will increase the recognition of the project and its results in the scientific and industrial environment. 4. Organisation of CBR Open Days, during which stakeholders will be able to see the operation of the new centre, participate in demonstrations and speak directly with researchers. 5. The project envisages maintaining cooperation with partners and continuing the development of technology after its completion, which aims to have a long-term impact on the development of innovation in the region. https://ntgroup.com/
