The subject of the project is thermomodernization of two educational buildings located in the Łękawica Commune: 1. The building of the Primary School in Kocierz Moszczanicki, whose scope of thermomodernization includes: - Warming of external walls. Warming of the floor ceiling. Warming of the vestibule roof. - Replacement of the indicated window and door joinery. Renovation of the roof above the entrance. Renovation of the handrail. Renovation of the band around the building. - Modernisation of the boiler room with replacement of the existing coal-fired boiler with a condensing pellet boiler supported by a ground heat pump. 2. The building of the School Complex in Łękawica - Segment C1, whose scope of thermomodernization includes: - Warming of external walls and foundations. Warming of the roof. - Replacement of roofing material with the construction of roof snowflakes. - Renovation of chimneys (ineligible cost). - Installation of a suspended ceiling throughout the attic. - Replacement of outdoor lighting. - Replacement of window and door joinery. Replacement of roofs above the door. - Replacing luxfers with pvc windows. - Installation of new roof windows. - Replacement of lightning protection system. - Replacement of gutters and drain pipes. - Dismantling of window grilles. - Replacement of the entire central heating system with radiators and replacement of the central heating system - Installation of a condensing gas boiler. The project is aimed at thermal insulation of rooms and improving the thermal conditions of the facility, increasing the comfort of using the building, as well as reducing the demand for thermal energy. In addition, as part of the project, it is planned to carry out educational and information activities aimed at raising residents' awareness of energy efficiency and the use of RES and conducting an information campaign for the EU climate neutrality policy. In accordance with the Manual of the Applicant and Beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 on information and publicity, as well as the grant agreement, the Applicant will primarily ensure that documents arising in connection with the implementation of the project, e.g. tender documentation, from the selection of contractors/suppliers, all notices, contracts concluded, documents and materials intended for participants (recruitment documentation, attendance lists, certificates), etc. are appropriately marked with a set of logotypes (the European Funds mark appropriate for the given programme, the colours of the Republic of Poland, the EU mark and the figurative mark of the Silesian Voivodeship). In addition, information and promotion activities will include: - Brief description of the project on your website (with a mandatory set of graphic characters, as well as information such as: title, name of the beneficiary, sources of funding, value of the project and co-financing, implementation period, short description of the project, expected effects/benefits, contact details regarding information about the project, conditions of participation, etc.) - Information board with dimensions of 240 x 120 cm placed at the place of project implementation. https://lekawica.com.pl/
