The aim of the project (P) is to provide comprehensive support as part of the professional activation of unemployed people (persons) registered in the PLO in Częstochowa, in particular young people aged 18-29 and people over 30, especially the most vulnerable on the market, i.e.: women (K), people aged 50 and over, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people to increase access to employment or self-employment. As part of the project, for each of the Project Participants (POs), the presentation of specific support for professional activation will be preceded by the identification of their professional needs and opportunities (development or update of an Individual Action Plan – IPD), and in the case of young people also the assessment of the level of digital skills – made using the ‘European Digital Competence Assessment Tool’ (DigComp). In addition, all actions for young people will be implemented in accordance with the Council Recommendation of 30.10.2020 on a Bridge to Jobs – Reinforcing the Youth Guarantee (GdM) and replacing the Council Recommendation of 22.4.2013 on establishing a Youth Guarantee, as well as the 2022 Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan for Poland. On this basis, the PLO will implement appropriately selected services (job placement or career guidance) and labour market instruments (traineeship, one-off funds for starting a business, reimbursement of costs of equipping or retrofitting a job, intervention works) in accordance with the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions of 20 April 2004. The implementation period for P is from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2024. We plan to support 702 young people. (373K, 329M) residing in the City of Cz-wy and Częstochowa poviat, registered in the PLO in Cz-wie. On the PUP's website and in the Office's showcases, information on the implemented project - its assumptions, activities, values and the method of its financing will be posted. The PUP website will also contain information on current calls for forms of support provided for in the project. Information about the project will also be provided through the media. In addition, the Client's Advisors will keep the unemployed informed about the implemented project. Permanent posters will be placed in visible and accessible places of the project implementation, while the purchased equipment and equipment from EU funds will be marked with appropriate stickers. All information and publicity measures and documents related to the implementation of the project will be marked in accordance with the ‘General Regulation’ and an extract of the provisions of the Manual of Applicants and Beneficiaries of European Funds for 2021-2027 on information and publicity. https://czestochowa.praca.gov.pl
