The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of people registered in the District Labour Office in Pszczyna as unemployed, in accordance with the relevant law regulating labour market policy. The project will support in particular: 1) the most vulnerable in the labour market, i.e. women, the elderly (aged 50 and over), persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled; 2) young people aged 18-29, in particular: from the NEET group, single parents, out of foster care, of migrant origin. The provision of support in the project will each time be preceded by an analysis of needs and opportunities, and the development or update of the IPD, each participant will benefit from support as part of job placement or career counselling. The participation of a young person in the project will be preceded by an assessment of digital skills and, if necessary, complementing the level of competences, in addition, the activities for young people under the project will be implemented in accordance with the Council Recommendation of 30 October 2020 on a Bridge to Jobs - Reinforcing the Youth Guarantee (GdM) and replacing the Council Recommendation of 22 April 2013 on establishing a Youth Guarantee as well as the 2022 Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan in Poland. The project will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the relevant law regulating labour market policy. In order to reach the largest possible group of recipients, a number of information and promotional activities are assumed. Information about the project will be posted on the website and social media of the District Labour Office in Pszczyna and the District Office in Pszczyna. The leaflet and the information poster will be placed in places easily accessible to the unemployed.
