The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people who are over 18 years of age and under 60 years of age (women) or 65 (men) who are unemployed in the city of Bielsko-Biała and the district of Bielsko-Biała, in particular: - the most vulnerable in the labour market, i.e. women, the elderly (aged 50 and over), persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled; - young people aged 18-29, in particular: from the NEET group, single parents, out of foster care, of migrant origin. The implementation of the project starts from 01.06.2023 and ends on 31.12.2024. As part of the project, each participant will benefit from career counselling or job placement, their needs and opportunities will be identified, and an Individual Action Plan will be developed or updated. The participation of young people in the form of support will be preceded by an assessment of digital skills and complemented, where necessary, by a level of competence. In justified cases, the Authority will direct to digital competence training as soon as the form of support has started. Each participant will receive comprehensive support as part of professional activation, under which the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions will be implemented. When implementing project activities, the Office will provide participants with the opportunity to acquire skills/competences or qualifications, in particular: - digital; necessary to work in the green economy; - relevant to regional/local specialisations; related to health and care services. While implementing the project, the District Labour Office in Bielsko-Biała will carry out information and promotion activities addressed to the public, informing about the financing of the project by the European Union in accordance with the guidelines indicated in the ‘Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion’. The Office shall mark the design documentation with: European Funds, the Republic of Poland (if the documents are in full colour), the European Union and the logo of the Silesian Voivodeship. The location of the project will be marked. In order to fulfil its information and promotional obligations, the Office will place information about the project on the website https://bielsko-biala.praca.gov.pl/ and will place an A3 poster promoting the project in front of the project office. In addition, unemployed people will be able to learn about the implementation of the project, its scope and rules of accession at the positions of customer advisors, who will inform on an ongoing basis about the benefits resulting from participation in the project.
