The target group of support is 70 unemployed people, i.e.: 36 persons aged 18-29 and 34 persons aged over 30; Including 42 women. Actions: the project includes comprehensive vocational and educational activation, under which labour market instruments and services indicated in the law regulating labour market policy are implemented. Comprehensive activation support is expected to increase sustainable employment opportunities and job creation, including by supporting the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment for the target group. PUP provides support, such as: - job placement, career counselling (no-cost forms, not shown in the budget), including the preparation or update of an Individual Action Plan, - internship, - one-off funds for starting a business activity, - reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting a workplace, - vocational training, - accompanying support, e.g. reimbursement of commuting/care costs, Actions for young people under PLO projects will be implemented in line with the Council Recommendation of 30 October 2020 on a Bridge to Jobs – Reinforcing the Youth Guarantee (GdM) and replacing the Council Recommendation of 22 April 2013 on establishing a Youth Guarantee (OJ L 347, 20.12.2013, pp. Ooh, ooh, ooh. EU C 372, 04.11.2020, p. 1) as well as the 2022 Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan for Poland. Duration of the project: 01.01.2025-31.12.2026. The project will be implemented in the city of Świętochłowice. It was assumed in the project that 44% of participants would take up a job, including starting a business. The precision of the planned projects and the implementation/obtaining of the assumed indicators in the project will translate into the main objective of the project and into taking remedial actions in the event of difficulties in the implementation of the project. The District Labour Office in Świętochłowice will publish information about the start of the project on its social networks and website. He will create and print posters for his own needs, which will be placed in PUP display cases and key employees' rooms. PUP will take into account issues of equality in information and promotion materials and will use non-stereotypical and diverse forms of communication for this purpose.
