The aim of the project is to enable unemployed persons registered with the Poviat Labour Office in Zawiercie to enter the labour market and take up employment, in particular: a) young people (i.e. aged 18-29), including in particular: - persons from the NEET group, - single parents, - persons leaving foster care, - persons of migrant origin. b) the most vulnerable on the labour market, i.e.: - women, - people aged 50 and over, - people with disabilities, - long-term unemployed, - people with low qualifications. Professional activation will be preceded by a diagnosis of the current socio-professional situation of the participant, which will result in a developed or updated Individual Action Plan. On this basis, appropriate support will be proposed as described in the law regulating labour market policy. The following forms of assistance are planned in the project: - job placement or career guidance, - internships (up to 6 months), - once granted funds for starting a business, - employment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipping / retrofitting the workplace The project will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026. The promotional campaign will be based on information posted on the PUP website in Zawiercie available for people with disabilities. Information will reach both unemployed women and men equally. At the same time, in order to attract trainee organisers or employers interested in creating posts as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipping/retrofitting the workplace, announcements encouraging cooperation under this project will be published on this website. Although the participants of the project are only unemployed people, in many cases it is necessary to invite local entrepreneurs to their effective professional activation, hence, as it were, information activities will be implemented in two ways, i.e. to the unemployed and to employers. Information from the PUP's website will also be published on the Office's FB. In addition, posters will be printed, which will be placed in communication routes in the office and customer service stations, and above all, information about the project, during mandatory visits, will be sent to the unemployed directly from customer advisors who know the strengths, predispositions but also the limitations of their charges, which is particularly important in the case of people with disabilities or other people in the most difficult situation on the labour market. In addition, through the Sirius IT system, it is possible to send SMS messages to the unemployed with information about the implemented project and the possibility of using support, which was used in previous PUP projects. https://zawiercie.praca.gov.pl/
