The aim of the project implemented in the period 1.01.2025-31.12.2026 is to increase the employment opportunities of unemployed people in the city of Rybnik and the district of Rybnik, in particular the most vulnerable on the labour market (women, aged 50 and over,with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled), young people 18-29 years, in particular: from the NEET group, single parents, children leaving foster care, migrant background.Preferences in access to support will be given to people from groups at risk of discrimination based on gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, ethnic origin.The project will support 262 unemployed people, registered with the PLO in Rybnik.The participation of a young person in the form of support will be preceded by an assessment of digital skills and, if necessary, will be supplemented by a competence level.The assessment of the level of digital skills will be carried out using the ‘European Digital Competence Assessment Tool’ or another tool recommended and made available by the minister responsible for labour or another digital competence assessment tool at their disposal.They will also have the possibility to use the assessment of their digital skills over 30 years of age.Consequently or (in exceptional cases) in parallel, unemployed people will be able to benefit from appropriately tailored forms of support, including the possibility of internships/training, thanks to which they will increase their qualifications/professional competences; they will also be able to be employed as part of intervention work/reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting a job or apply for funds to start a business. As a result, 105 participants of the project will take up work. Comprehensive support in the project will be in line with the needs of the local/regional labour market.Participants will have the opportunity to acquire skills/competences or digital qualifications, green economy. Recruitment for the project will be preceded by information and promotion activities among the unemployed and employers. Unemployed people will learn about the possibility of participating in the project at meetings with customer advisors at PUP Rybnik, as well as at Job Offer Fairs, Job Fairs and other events organized by the local office. Employers will learn about the implementation of the project during the visits that PUP Rybnik employees make to them. In addition, information about the implementation of the project will be posted on the website www.rybnik.praca.gov.pl and on the social networks of the office (including Facebook, Twitter, Twitter, Twitter). Facebook and Instagram). Posters promoting the project will be placed at the headquarters of PUP Rybnik and at the Local Information and Consultation Point in Czerwionka-Leszczyny.
