Activation of unemployed persons registered in the District Labour Office in Bytom II

The aim of the project (P) is to support unemployed persons registered in PUP Bytom, in particular those in a difficult situation on the labour market (guarantee of priority participation) and exposed to discrimination based on sex, age, disability, orientation, ethnic origin. The effect of P will be greater access to sustainable employment through professional activation in accordance with the current needs of the labour market and comprehensive P support addressed to 424 people, including (K234, M190). Support implemented in accordance with the Act of 20 April 2004 on employment promotion and labour market institutions. P provides for labour market instruments and services: - job placement for 246os.,- career counseling for 178os.- vocational activation training on the basis of IPD for 178os. - intervention works for 18 people, accompanying support, (ref. costs of care and commuting), - subsidies for starting a business for 118 people, - internships for 198 people,- equipping/equipping a workplace for 20 people,- vouchers for settling for 10 people. Target group P is unemployed persons registered in the PLO in Bytom, i.e. persons who are over 18 years of age and under 60 years of age (women) or 65 (men), in particular: 1.the most vulnerable in the labour market, i.e. women, the elderly 50+, people with disabilities, people with debt, the unemployed, people with low qualifications; Young people aged 18-29, especially: from the NEET group, single parents, out of foster care, of migrant origin. P provides participants with the opportunity to acquire skills/competences or qualifications, in particular: digital (non-project funding, FP), - necessary to work in the green economy sector, - relevant for regional/local specialisations, - related to health and care services. The result of P will be obtaining qualifications/competence by 143 people and taking up employment by 217 people. P 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2026 Information and promotion activities will be carried out throughout the project implementation period in accordance with the Guidelines (General Regulation and Manual of the Applicant and Beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027), the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities, the principle of equality between women and men, the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Promotional activities will not use messages that discriminate, ridicule or perpetuate stereotypes based on disability or other grounds such as: gender, racial or ethnic origin, religion, belief, age or sexual orientation. Information about the project will be posted on the website and on social media (FB) and will include:- the title of the project,- the activities,- the target groups,- the project objective,- the effects, the project results, the project value,- the amount of the contribution from the European Funds. The information on the project website will be written in simple language, updated on an ongoing basis and available to people with disabilities. Permanent A3 posters (in accordance with the current design) will be placed in a visible place of the project. Posters will also be placed in places frequently visited by potential project participants, i.e., among others, in the Municipal Office, MOPR, CIS and in places of project implementation (traineeships, grants, equipment, school institutions, intervention works).
