The aim of the project is comprehensive professional and educational activation, within which the labour market instruments and services indicated in the relevant law regulating labour market policy will be implemented. Actions will include comprehensive activation support to enhance sustainable employment and job creation opportunities, including by supporting the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment. The target group are unemployed persons registered in the Tychy PLO, in particular: 1. the most vulnerable in the labour market, i.e.: women; older people (50 years of age and older); persons with disabilities; long-term unemployed; low-skilled people; 2. young people aged 18-29 (especially: from the NEET group; single parents; leaving foster care; of migrant origin). Project activities: job placement; career counselling; training; traineeships; business grants. The support provided by the project will be in line with the needs of the local/regional labour market, ensuring its high quality for all participants. When implementing project activities, participants should be given the opportunity to acquire skills/competences or qualifications, in particular: digital; necessary to work in the green economy; relevant to regional/local specialisations; related to health and care services. Each participant will receive high-quality support preceded by an analysis of his skills, predispositions and professional problems. For all participants aged 18-29 and eager people [aged 30+], a diagnosis of digital competence will be carried out. On this basis, PUP Tychy will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments. The project implementation period is assumed from 01.02.2025 to 31.12.2026. The project will be implemented in Tychy and Bieruńsko-Lędziński County. The planned information and promotional activities will include posting information about the project on the website of the District Labour Office in Tychy. Materials in the form of posters will also be prepared, which will be placed both at the headquarters of PUP Tychy, as well as at places where project activities are carried out (e.g. training places or places where internships are held). Information on the project will be prepared in an accessible manner and made available in both paper and electronic versions.
