The aim of the project (P) is to increase the employment and self-employment opportunities of people (persons) unemployed registered in the District Labour Office in Częstochowa (PUP Cz-wa), in particular people over 30 years of age, especially those in the most difficult situation on the market, i.e. women (K), people aged 50+, people with disabilities, people with long-term unemployment, low-skilled people and young people aged 18-29, in particular: from the NEET group, single parents, out of foster care, of migrant origin. As part of the P, for each of the Project Participants (PO), the presentation of specific support for the activation of the profession will be preceded by the identification of their needs, preferences, predispositions or competences (development or update of an Individual Action Plan), and in the case of young people, an assessment of digital skills and, if necessary, supplementing the level of competence. The assessment will be carried out using the ‘European Digital Competence Assessment Tool’ or another tool recommended and made available (e.g. the Digital Competence Assessment Survey). In addition, all activities for young people will be implemented in accordance with the Council Recommendation of 30/10/2020 on A Bridge to Jobs – Reinforcing the Youth Guarantee (GdM) and replacing the Council Recommendation of 22.04.13 on establishing a Youth Guarantee as well as the 2022 Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan for Poland On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services (job placement or career guidance) and labour market instruments (traineeship, one-off funds for undertaking the host department, reimbursement of equipment costs. or equipping workstations, intervention works) in accordance with the relevant law governing labour market policy. The deadline for implementing P is set for the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026. We plan to support 666 people. (347 K, 319 M) residing in the City of Cz-wy and Częstochowa county. On the PUP's website and in the Office's showcases, information on the implemented project - its assumptions, activities, values and the method of its financing will be posted. The PUP website will also contain information on current calls for forms of support provided for in the project. Information about the project will also be provided through the media. In addition, the City Hall and subordinate municipalities will post information about the project on their websites. The Client's advisors will keep the unemployed informed about the implemented project. Permanent posters will be placed in visible and accessible places of the project implementation, while the purchased equipment and equipment from EU funds (one-off funds for starting a business, reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting the workplace) will be marked with appropriate stickers.
