The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for unemployed persons registered in PUP Gliwice, in accordance with the Act of 20 April 2004 on employment promotion and labour market institutions. The target group of the project are: a) young people (aged 18-29), including in particular: NEETs, single parents , persons leaving foster care, persons of migrant origin. (b) most vulnerable on the labour market, i.e.: women, people aged 50 and over, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. As part of the project, all participants will be covered by individual and comprehensive professional and educational activation based on: - preparing or updating the Individual Action Plan - job placement or career guidance. In addition, depending on the needs and possibilities, project participants will benefit from the following forms of support under the project, i.e. - internships - vocational training - one-off funds for starting your own business. For young people aged 18-29, participation in the form of support will be preceded by an assessment of digital skills and complemented, if necessary, by a level of competence. The project will be implemented from 01.01.2025 to 31.12.2026. Posters with the project logo and the necessary information will be placed in the Office building and its individual premises.
