Professional evolution - training for career development.

The project is aimed at 161 people. (including 97K and 64M) from the Silesian Voivodeship. The aim of the project is professional activation of people working over 18 years of age, employed on the basis of short-term contracts, civil law contracts, the so-called working poor, as well as those leaving agriculture, including in particular disadvantaged people, i.e.: - a person in a crisis of homelessness or affected by exclusion from access to housing; persons belonging to minorities, including marginalised communities; - a person with a disability; - a person with at most upper secondary education (level 3 of the ISCED classification); - at least 55 years old. Implementation period: 01.07.2024-30.06.2026 The support provided under the project will be tailored to the individual needs of project participants, resulting from their knowledge, skills and competences and qualifications to practice a given profession. Each participant in the project will receive an offer of support, including forms of assistance in acquiring, upgrading or adapting competences and qualifications (mainly through high-quality training and courses), which will be identified by the participant as necessary to improve the situation on the labour market. Support will start by identifying the needs of the project participant, by diagnosing training or validation needs and developing or updating an Individual Action Plan or other document with a similar function. The objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out within the project: - training/professional/certification courses, - IT training/courses, - soft skills training/courses culminating in external examinations and through validation and certification of qualifications (in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 6 to the Recruitment Regulations: Basic information on obtaining qualifications). As a result of the project implementation, at least 20% of participants will obtain qualifications as a result of formal evaluation and certification. The information and promotion activities undertaken by the Applicant will be in accordance with the provisions of the "Handbook of the Applicant and the Beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion" and will aim to increase awareness of the possibilities of professional activation for working people, as well as to encourage them to take advantage of the support offered under the project. These actions will include, for example: 1. creating a dedicated website with information about the project, its objectives and benefits and presenting schedules of planned support, the project website will also include a registration form enabling candidates to apply for the project; 2. using Google Ads ads to reach people looking for information about professional development; 3. active use of social media platforms, i.e. Facebook or Instagram to promote events, share information related to the implementation of the project (e.g. within thematic groups) and encourage participation in it; 4. creating and distributing posters, leaflets and promotional banners; 5. establishing cooperation with companies, universities and other educational institutions that can promote the project among their employees/students, etc. 6. regular monitoring of the effectiveness of promotional activities by analyzing registration data, website activity, etc. Adjustment of the strategy according to the results.
