Increased competence is the key to success. Type 1: support for labour market institutions.

The main objective of the project is to support the Labour Market Institution, which is to increase the competences of human resources, in accordance with the diagnosed needs of employees. The training support that has been planned for employees results from the diagnosis carried out at the District Labour Office in Świętochłowice. The objective will be achieved through, inter alia: equipping participants with up-to-date and practical knowledge; provision of qualified trainers; carrying out evaluation activities. The process of continuous improvement and broadening of knowledge, skills and attitudes that contribute to the effective functioning of our unit is extremely important, and most importantly, it benefits both parties: employee and employer. The support provided in the project responds to the needs of employees of the Labour Market Institutions. The target group of support is 21 substantive employees employed on the basis of selection/appointment/employment contract. As part of the project, activities will be implemented to strengthen the potential of Labour Market Institutions through training: group (stationary) and individual/group (online). The result of the support will be an increase in the competences of our employees, and the result will be certificates from the trainings carried out. Duration of the project: 10.03.2025-31.08.2025. The project will be implemented in the Silesian Voivodeship. The main objective is in line with the specific objective of the Detailed Description of the Priority of the European Funds for Silesia Programme 2021-2027:Modernisation of labour market institutions and services to assess and anticipate skills needs and provide timely and tailor-made assistance and support for the adaptation of professional skills and qualifications to the needs of the labour market and for labour market flows and mobility.
