The aim of the project is to strengthen the potential of the IRP by increasing the competences and qualifications of the employees of the Labour Office. The project will be addressed to 19 employees (19 women) of the District Labour Office in Żory employed on the basis of an employment contract in official positions aged 15 to 89. As part of the project, an individualized offer will be presented for each participant: training/course, post-graduate studies or study visit, the results of which will be to obtain an eligible certificate (8 people – 89% efficiency), obtain a diploma (3 people – 100% efficiency) and exchange experiences with other employment offices and summarize the visit in the form of a report (10 participants – 100% efficiency). The selection of tasks was based on a detailed analysis of the need for specific teaching directions. The project will pay particular attention to the results related to the improvement of qualifications and acquisition of competences in areas affecting the improvement of communication with the client. At the same time, the focus will be on improving the quality of work, including the development of green skills and on actions focusing on green skills in relation to environmental management. Each newly acquired skill will be used in the work of the district office. Newly acquired practical skills and enhanced theoretical knowledge will contribute to the development and improvement of skills. Through training and postgraduate studies, the qualifications of the employed staff will be raised, which will give the opportunity to take up more and more challenges, and the exchange of experience with people from other offices (study visit) will be an impulse to establish cooperation and transfer new solutions to the office. The project will end with a Conference summarizing and referring to the green jobs created in the Municipality of Żory. Duration of the project: 01.01.2025-31.12.2026. Place of implementation: District Labour Office in Żory, ul. Promotional activities under the project will be based mainly on information published electronically on the official website of the PLO in Żory, social media (instagram) and on the websites of local labour market partners adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. This will allow the project to be presented in local media. Electronic form will contribute to pro-environmental action. On the information boards of the office will be placed posters on the implementation of the project. A permanent poster with a logotype on the project activities will be placed at the place of the project implementation. Documents drawn up as part of the tasks carried out in the project will be accompanied by appropriate logs and information on the financing of the project from the European Social Fund Plus. All promotional materials will be made available to interested parties. Workers with disabilities will have equal access to training, courses, workshops, study visits and postgraduate studies , and the content will be prepared with particular attention to the simplicity of the message, so that it is understandable to all.
