New challenges, new tasks - improvement of PUP staff (Type 1)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the staffing potential of the District Labour Office in Zawiercie by developing the professional qualifications of its employees. This will lead to the optimization of the management processes of the Public Employment Services institution and the achievement of higher standards of services provided by PUPs, adapted to the changing expectations of labour market partners. The analysis of training needs carried out among the PLO staff indicated a high interest in professional development, and the planned labour market reform justifies taking measures to modernise the PSZ. In view of the new challenges facing PSZ, the existing qualifications of PUP staff appear to be insufficient and it is necessary to supplement them, which, however, due to the limited resources of the Labour Fund available to the applicant, cannot be fully met without support from other sources. The project participants will be 9 women and 3 men employed in the Poviat Labour Office in Zawiercie (employment contract or election or appointment), who through participation in: - training in English, - postgraduate studies in the field, - MBA postgraduate studies, they will be given the opportunity to develop their professional qualifications related to their position and duties in the PUP. The aim of the project will be achieved as a result of obtaining qualifications/competences by at least 7 women and 2 men employed at the Poviat Labour Office in Zawiercie. The project will be implemented in the period of: 01.01.2025r. to 31.10.2026r. Due to the fact that the project participants will be only employees of the District Labour Office in Zawiercie, which minimizes the recruitment risk associated with reaching the interested parties, the main task of information and promotion activities will be to meet the obligation to inform the public about the purposes for which public funds from the EU budget are spent. This will be served by: - preparation and display in a publicly accessible place (information board at the entrance to the PUP, communication routes) of a mandatory poster in A3 format, - creation of a web page on the PUP website (in accordance with WCAG 2.1) where information on the project in question will be posted in a simple, understandable form, - posts will be published on social media (FB PUP Zawiercie), - all project documents addressed to both participants and service providers will bear the required logos. https://zawiercie.praca.gov.pl/
