The aim of the project is to strengthen the potential of PLOs in the Ministry in terms of upskilling/competence of human resources, in accordance with the diagnosed needs of employees (including towards the digital and green economy), by covering 20 people. (including 19 K) forms of support in the form of training or postgraduate studies in the period from 01.01.2025 to 31.03.2026. The target group of the project is the work. PLO in M-wie employed on the basis of choice, appointment or employment contract. The planned support responds to the needs indicated in the diagnosis of training needs of PLO employees in Mowa, carried out at the turn of 05/06 2024. The nature of their tasks requires constant supplementation and improvement of competences in order to conduct effective professional activation. It is also necessary to know a number of legal provisions and changes taking place in them. Workers are struggling with prob. related to customer service, including the so-called Customer Service. ‘difficult’, as well as working in a plethora of cases and under time pressure, which causes stress. As part of the project, appropriate forms of upskilling/professional skills will be implemented for each participant.: school. (exit and online - the possibility of attending several schools.) or postgraduate studies (weekend system). Project activities will lead to an increase in the competences of participants and will contribute to increasing the effectiveness and quality of professional tasks performed by them, related to the activation of helpless persons, as well as to improving the functioning of PLOs in the field of financial and material economy, in terms of purposefulness, reliability and legality. By participating in forms of support, project participants will update and supplement their knowledge on detailed aspects of their work, including legal regulations and the functioning of electronic systems/programmes, as frequent changes in them lead to difficulties in their application. In addition, project participants will develop skills in the field of customer service, work-life-balance and coping with stress.
