The aim of the project "Power of Competence: Modern Training for Labour Market Institutions from Tarnowskie Góry (...) " is the modernization of labour market institutions by raising the qualifications of employees to better respond to the changing needs of the labour market. The project provides timely and tailored assistance and support for the unemployed, provided by employees of the labour market institutions in Tarnogórze, enabling them to adapt their skills to the current market requirements. The project includes training on changes in labour law, Excel courses (basic and advanced), creative promotion in social media, support for PowerPoint and Canva, work tools of a professional advisor, negotiation and mediation, time management, work efficiency, stress management and language courses (English). Employees will also gain specialist knowledge through postgraduate studies in a variety of fields, such as HR human resources and payroll, project management, psychology, OSH, public administration and personal development. A key element of the project is the acquisition of green competences. Participants will take part in workshops that will introduce them to issues related to ecology and sustainable development. These workshops will allow you to develop a strategy for implementing green competences in everyday work with unemployed people, which fits into global trends and needs of the labour market. The project will be implemented in 2025-2026 for employees: PUP in Tarnowskie Góry, IPH in Tarnowskie Góry and Entrepreneurship Incubator in TG (41 people). The ESF+.CP4.B project focuses on modernising labour market institutions and services, assessing and anticipating skills needs, and providing timely and tailor-made assistance and support. The integration of green competences reinforces these efforts, responding to the growing demand for sustainability in different sectors of the economy. This is not a partnership project. The activities are addressed to officials, employees of the Entrepreneurship Incubator, the District Labour Office and the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Tarnowskie Góry, who are in contact with the unemployed and job seekers and implement projects related to the labour market. The information and promotion campaign in these institutions aims to convey the benefits of improving digital competences and the green economy, encouraging the recruitment of all employees to the programme. The campaign includes a number of actions: • Preparation and distribution of educational materials (brochures, e-books, instructional videos) on the local labour market and entrepreneurship. • Regular publications on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and internal CMSs promoting the competency-raising programme. • Creation of a project website with a training schedule, recruitment rules, guidelines, application forms and candidate registration panels. The website will be supplemented by a newsletter sent to employees of the institution. • Preparation and distribution of posters and leaflets in institutions informing about available trainings and workshops and recruitment rules. In accordance with paragraph 7.1.9, the printing of paper materials will be limited and consistent with the principle of recycling.
