The main objective of the project is to increase the capacity to provide high-quality EURES services and tailor-made assistance to unemployed people, jobseekers and employers by supporting a total of 90 EURES workers from 32 institutions – the Voivodship Labour Office in Katowice and the district labour offices of the Silesian Voivodeship. The activities will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2024 to 30.09.2026 in the Silesian Voivodeship. Activities such as: comprehensive substantive and language training, postgraduate studies, an advertising campaign promoting the EURES network among employers and jobseekers, the organisation of Regional Job Fairs and the participation of EURES staff in events abroad, labour market research in the context of employment of EU/EFTA citizens and equipping EURES staff with tools and equipment to improve the quality of EURES services will have an impact on supporting the institutions by: - increase the quality of EURES services by increasing communication competences and/or obtaining or improving qualifications and/or acquiring or improving competences/skills by 81 (79K, 2M), i.e. 90% of project participants. EURES; - improving the quality of work and comfort of employees by providing EURES WUP and PUP staff with equipment, tools and resources necessary to carry out tasks; - raising awareness of the EURES network of unemployed people, job seekers and employers through a campaign supporting information and communication activities promoting mobility on the European labour market and - getting to know the needs of employers by examining their recruitment needs and interest in employing foreigners from the EU/EFTA. As part of the application for co-financing from European funds, information and promotion activities are planned to increase awareness of the project. Below are examples of actions we intend to implement: 1. Placing information about the Project on the website of the Provincial Labour Office in Katowice - http:// www.wup-katowice.praca.gov.pl 2. Placing a description of the Project on social media pages - in portals such as Facebook and Linkedin. 3. Placing an information poster on the project site highlighting the fact of receiving EU funding. 4.Place the European Funds mark, the colour mark of the Republic of Poland and the European Union mark and the EURES logo visibly on: all information and promotion activities concerning the Project, all documents and materials made public, all documents and materials for persons and entities participating in the Project. http://www.wup-katowice.praca.gov.pl
