The aim of the project is to support employees of the organisational unit of local government (JST) - the District Labour Office in Siemianowice Śląskie (PUP). Support under the project will be implemented through actions strengthening the potential of employees of the JST - Labour Market Institution - District Labour Office in Siemianowice Śląskie in terms of improving the qualifications / competences of human resources in accordance with the diagnosed needs of employees - in the area of human resources management and labour law, in the context of equal opportunities for women and men and diversity management, equality on the labour market, ensuring a greater work-life balance, breaking gender stereotypes and preventing discrimination on the labour market. Target group: employees of JST - PUP in Siemianowice Śl. employed under an employment contract. Duration of the project: 03/03/2025 – 31/12/2026. Area of implementation of the project: Siemianowice Śląskie. Professional development of employees by improving qualifications and the level of knowledge and competences fits into the assumptions of the training policy in force in the PLO, under which enabling the professional development of PLO employees allows for more efficient use of human resources, which affects the quality of the work provided and increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the tasks carried out by the PLO team. The activities provided for in the project will be aimed at increasing legal, professional and social competences, including reconciliation of professional and private life. It is assumed that the following tasks will be carried out: organization and implementation of group training trips. Training will be based on the following methods: lectures with presentation, workshops, individual tests. The result of the project will be the acquisition of qualifications and competences by 38 employees of the District Labour Office in Siemianowice Śląskie confirmed by an appropriate document and the integration of the team and building a good working atmosphere. Promotion within the project will take place through various sources of communication: - placing a description of the project on the PUP website, FaceBook profile and on the official website of the City; - Posters promoting the project will be displayed on information boards at the Beneficiary's premises in clearly visible places - the title of the project will be placed on the poster together with the relevant logo and information about co-financing from the ESF+; - all information and promotion activities related to the project (website, publications, press releases); documents related to the implementation of the project, which will be given for information and documents and materials for people participating in the project (certificates, certificates, information materials, attendance lists, training programs, contracts, addressed correspondence) will be marked with the sign of the European Funds and the sign of the European Union. - providing the persons participating in the project with information that the project has received funding in the verbal form and through the local Intranet - available to PLO employees; - information about the implemented project will be published via the Internet with the hashtag: #FunduszeUE https://siemianowiceslaskie.praca.gov.pl/
