Work-life balance: The key to health and success

The aim of the project is to increase the competences and skills of 372 people in the period 05.2025-04.2027. (including 300K and 72M) - employees of local government units by providing training in interpersonal skills and work-life balance, in the context of equal opportunities for women and men and diversity management, equality on the labour market, ensuring greater work-life balance, breaking gender stereotypes and preventing discrimination on the labour market. Assumptions: - promoting gender equality: UP will gain knowledge about equal opportunities for women and men in the workplace, including ways to create policies that support equality, - diversity management: training will cover diversity management, taking into account differences based on gender, age, ethnicity or sexual orientation, - work-life balance: UP will learn how to create conditions conducive to a better work-life balance, which translates into higher employee satisfaction and efficiency, - breaking stereotypes: the project involves education on gender stereotypes and their impact on professional life and practical exercises in the field of their recognition and elimination, - prevention of discrimination: UP will receive tools to identify and prevent discrimination in the workplace, both in the recruitment process and in the daily functioning of the workplace. The objective will be achieved by conducting trainings in the field of interpersonal skills and work-life balance ending with external examinations as part of the project and by validating and certifying qualifications (in accordance with the requirements set out in Annex 6 to the Recruitment Regulations: Basic information on obtaining qualifications). The applicant will undertake information and promotion activities in accordance with the guidelines contained in the "Manual of the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds for 2021-2027 in the field of information and promotion". These activities will be aimed at raising awareness of professional development opportunities for working people and encouraging them to take advantage of the support offered by the project. Planned actions include, but are not limited to: 1. development of a special website, which will contain detailed information about the project, its objectives, benefits. 2. The use of social media such as Facebook and Instagram to promote events, share news related to the project. 4. Preparation and distribution of promotional materials such as posters, leaflets and banners. 5. Cooperation with local government institutions, which can support the promotion of the project among their employees. Systematic monitoring of the effectiveness of promotional activities by analyzing data on registration, website activity, etc., and introducing changes in the strategy depending on the results obtained. The Project Office will be open from Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:00, with the exception of Tuesday, where the Office is open from 07:30 to 17:00.
