PSF supports the development of Silesian companies

The aim of the project is to develop competences, skills and qualifications of Silesian employees in line with the needs of the MSME sector. Support will be provided to 310 companies and 3905 (1757K/2148M) employees of enterprises from the province. In the period I.2025-XII.2027, the project assumes the implementation of development services under the Entity Financing System (PSF), based on the Development Services Database (BUR) in the area of training, consulting, validation, certification, postgraduate studies in accordance with the needs of employers, available in 4 points 4 subregions of the province. Śląskie, taking into account the adaptation of enterprises and their employees to changes resulting from the needs of the labour market, including the green and digital transformation, by providing support for development services leading to the acquisition of: ✓ qualifications registered in the Integrated Qualifications Register ✓ skills/qualifications/competences necessary to work in the green economy sector, ✓ skills/qualifications/digital competences, ✓ skills/qualifications/competences necessary in industries relevant to the region, indicated in the PRT Śląskie Voivodship for 2019-2030 Gr. target: 3,905 employees from 310 SMEs from the Silesian Voivodship, Gł. Indicators/effects are 3,515 people who will gain a qualification after leaving the programme, including 693 in green and 1,377 in digital. The Academy of Silesia (AŚ) together with its partner Chamber (IR) are planning a promotional campaign with a broad spectrum of impact. AŚ is part of the capital group consisting of TVS Television and Radio Silesia, thanks to these structures a media campaign will be implemented, which will be a factor influencing recruitment activities, but also disseminating the effects of the 5.15 project/programme (TVS TV audiences are: 51.80% women, 48.20% men, 96.29% in the age group 30+, 67.17% residents of Polish cities, 69.08% people with incomes of women and men. 2000 PLN, 37.64% of people with secondary education, Daily range: 607,000 people* based on AGB Nielsen Measurment research).
